Village of Industry & Art
On Monday, February 24, 2025 we were honored to announce the successful award by the Judge and Trustee of the historic Hamilton and Furness buildings on the Avenue of the Arts! We couldn't have done it without the advocacy of local journalists, the leadership of local and state politicians, and the public support in our letter-writing campaign.
Now relaunched as the Village of Industry & Art, Scout has started activating these storied buildings. In June 2025 we celebrated the life and legacy of UArts, and also opened up our first seasonal pop-up in the courtyard, Frankie's Summer Club.
